Description

ETEK Enterprise is looking for a Jr. Business Analyst to perform provide business management functions within budgeting, financial analysis, planning, and control/allocation of funds. These functions include business process analysis to describe and create defined business and operations controls and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, develop, change, and implement FAA processes. Provide financial transaction oversight, training development and assistance in the processing of FAA ALC Service Order Agreement (SOA).
  • Provide detailed program management and financial management expertise in developing, coordinating, processing, storing, and retrieving program documentation and agreements residing on FAA systems (e.g., PRISM, Delphi).
  • Review all F&E‐funded invoicing for adequate justification, clarity, correctness and compliance with government accounting standards and accurate coding and allow ability of charges to SOW.
  • Provide tracking and reporting services utilizing Delphi, REGIS, PRISM, FMS, OBIWAN, and TARS for F&E‐funded transactions including fund transfers, obligations, and expenditures between service providers and Service Teams/Regional personnel.
  • Assist in developing and providing training to Budget and Financial personnel regarding F&E‐funded operations, processes, and procedures.
  • Support the development of SOW, associated cost estimates, and work breakdown structures in support of SOAs to capture program management SOA requirements and management of financial resources. Conduct cost comparisons of programs from budget to actuals to support planning activities by FAA ALC personnel.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and business practices to aid business managers and others in administering and managing programs.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge and experience with PRISM, Delphi, REGIS, FMS, OBIWAN, TARS
  • Experience in analyzing financials and project performance
  • Experience training personnel
  • Experience developing procedures
  • Knowledge of invoicing and project financials

Educational

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in any field that includes accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
